WORKER’S COMPENSATION

  • NORTH SHORE OSTEOPATHIC, LLC is NOT currently authorized as a Primary Provider for Worker’s Compensation claims.

  • If you are being seen by another Worker’s Compensation insurance Provider BUT are interested in our services:

  • You are required to discuss your interest in our services with your official Worker’s Compensation Provider.

  • Your Worker’s Compensation Provider must agree that a referral to NORTH SHORE OSTEOPATHIC, LLC is appropriate.

  • Your Worker’s Compensation Provider must document this referral as part of your clinical notes.

  • Your Worker’s Compensation Provider will need to send an official referral to us.

  • Once the referral has been officially received, your appointment may then be scheduled with us. Otherwise, you will need to pay out of pocket for your visit(s). Of course, a Superbill may be generated for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, BUT it is unlikely that your Worker’s Compensation Insurance benefits will cover retroactively or proactively without the referral in place.
