Prolotherapy (Hypertonic Dextrose Joint injections): absolute contraindications in acute arthritis, bursitis, tendinitis, gout, complete rupture of a tendon or ligament, or rheumatoid arthritis, patients with active infection, cancer, or any other underlying condition that may prolong the healing process or leave the patient immunocompromised. Relative contraindications to prolotherapy include the regular usage of corticosteroids or NSAIDs or current long-term use of opioids, as they lower the body’s immune response.

ICES® DigiCeutical® C5 Model System slow continuous Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (scTMS) applications to left prefrontal sites (for right-hand prominent individuals) for depression, anxiety, PTSD and chronic pain - similar to treatment with repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS). The C5 delivers scTMS with a timer that limits the stimulation to 30 minutes (recommended) or 60 min, which is well below the threshold that could cause motor activation and lead to seizures.
