If you wish to add additional time and/or procedures to your visit, please go back into scheduling a second time and schedule your ‘add-on’ request before or after your scheduled primary appointment visit.

May be scheduled after Provider confirms availability of equipment and that there is no contraindication to the patient receiving the therapy.
