Based on current plan of care - schedule by increments of time in anticipation that all appropiate and indicated procedures can be performed within the allotted time.
Return Visit Evaluation of Services for Current Plan of Care
For prescription of (or as followup for) new imaging, diagnostic testing, bracing or DME, medication trial, interventional procedures, or surgery
Return Visit for New Issue -or- More than 12 Months Since Last Appointment
For a condition not initially addressed during the Consultation or a prior appointment
If more than a year has passed since last evaluated by Dr. Behling
Return Visit for Significantly Worsening Condition With Need for Change in Care Plan
For an condition significantly worsened since the last evaluation, requiring time and effort to workup and/or order new or adjusted prescriptions, bracing, imaging, bloodwork, or sub-specialist referrals.
