WE WILL GIVE YOU ENOUGH TIME TO BE HEARD.

Patients are encouraged to self-schedule, cancel and/or reschedule at their convenience via a cloud-based system.

If you wish to add additional time and/or procedures to your visit, please go back into scheduling a second time and schedule your ‘add-on’ request before or after your scheduled primary appointment visit.

A confirmation email will be sent after scheduling IF the appointment was successfully made.

If you change your mind about the time or date of the appointment, you may change it yourself via a link on the same email.
